We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for free movement. Socks with grip soles are encouraged for safety and stability on the Reformer.

Just yourself and a positive mindset! We provide all the equipment you need. If you prefer, feel free to bring a water bottle and a towel for your session.
