Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation Policy: 12 hour cancellation policy to encourage accountability Class Pack Policy: Lose your class credit when you cancel within 12 hours before the class Class Membership Policy: Charged a $5 ‘fine’ per late cancel If you are a ‘no show’ and do not show up to class, you will forfeit your credit if on a class pack, and incur a $5 ‘no show’ fee if you are on a membership. CLASS PACKAGES & EXPIRY Class packs are valid for a specific duration as stated at the time of purchase. Extensions may be granted in some circumstances, subject to management approval. STUDIO ETIQUETTE Arrive 5-10 minutes before your class. Wear appropriate activewear, grip socks are encouraged otherwise no socks, please do not wear your normal socks as it increases risk of slipping on the reformer. HEALTH & SAFETY Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in classes. Please inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations before attending. AGE POLICY Participants must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 will need parental permission. CLASS CREDITS Class packs are non-transferrable and cannot be shared with others unless approved by management. CHANGES TO SCHEDULES OR TIMES Tempo Pilates reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or substitute instructors for any classes without notice if unable to communicate these changes in a timely manner. Policies, pricing and terms are subject to change at the studio’s discretion. Clients will be notified of any significant changes
